I received my M.A. in Counseling from Covenant Theological Seminary in 2006 and have been a licensed professional counselor since 2010. Additionally, I have my B.A. in Art and Minors in Art History and History from University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
I have worked at BJC BH as a Child and Adolescent Case Manager and Intake Specialist, at Bethany Christian Services as a Birthparent Counselor and Adoption Specialist, and at St. John Newman Catholic School as a school therapist.
I have received quality supervision and training over a period of 10+ years and have participated in ASIST: Applied Suicide Intervention Training, Nonviolent Crisis Intervention training, training in the Wraparound program, training in DBT and Mindfulness, and have Level I and II certifications in Internal Family Systems.
When I am not working, you will find me walking, reading, listening to music, creating floral designs, visiting art galleries, drinking coffee, and spending time with family and friends. I live in Saint Louis, MO with my husband, and two daughters.
